RedZed needed a way to communicate its business goals internally without it feeling stiff or corporate. The challenge was to turn a traditional strategy document into something staff would actually want to engage with.

I designed a vibrant, hand-crafted wall that brought the strategy to life as a visual story. Each illustration and graphic element was drawn by hand, scanned, and digitised to create a layout that felt bold, authentic, and unmistakably RedZed. The design not only highlighted the company’s key pillars and priorities, but also encouraged interaction with a dedicated chalkboard panel where team members could add ideas, reflections, and updates.

The result was a strategy wall that balanced clarity with creativity. Instead of being a static document, the strategy became an engaging centerpiece in the office, memorable, motivating, and a constant reminder of RedZed’s vision in a way that was collaborative and fun.
