RedZed wanted to give borrowers a simpler, more accessible way to manage their loans by transforming the existing Connect web portal into a mobile app. The challenge was to take a functional but complex platform and reimagine it as a tool that borrowers could navigate easily, anytime and anywhere.

I designed the app experience with a strong focus on usability and clarity. Loan details, repayments, and key resources were reorganised into streamlined sections with clear navigation and a bold, modern interface. Every decision, from typography and colour hierarchy to iconography and spacing, was made to help users quickly find what they needed without feeling overwhelmed. The design not only carried RedZed’s confident brand personality but also translated it into a friendly, approachable digital experience.

The outcome was a user-friendly app that made loan management effortless. Borrowers could now check their accounts, track repayments, and access support on the go, turning what had been a clunky portal into a practical, engaging tool that built stronger connections with RedZed’s customers.
